Our sommelier will guide you through how wine is made, how different wines develop their unique character, and how food and wine can elevate each other when perfectly paired.

The goal is both to let you experience our cuisine and to understand how flavors change when wine and food meet.

ABOUT THE WINEBAR
– Enjoy our wine bar and carefully selected wines
With us, you can discover and enjoy wines from all over the world – in every style and flavor. All our wines are at least organic, many are biodynamic, and some are even pure natural wines.
We import part of our selection ourselves and also collaborate with carefully chosen importers.
For us, it’s important to know our winemakers personally and to be able to guarantee that every wine we serve has been produced sustainably.
We offer a wide range of wines by the glass, and if you’d like to taste several at once, we’re happy to arrange a small wine tasting for you.
Our staff will always tell you who made the wine – and sometimes even the names of the winery’s dogs.
