There’s a certain challenge in serving only local and seasonal ingredients each evening – but we love that limitation.
Being creative and finding inspiration in nature is something we take great pride in.
Our fish comes from a local fisherman who mainly fishes in Lake Vättern, the meat is usually sourced from Nässjö, and vegetables, root crops, and berries come from a variety of local producers.

Beverages in all their forms are close to our hearts, but it’s wine that truly ignites our passion. The restaurant’s founder loves to travel in the name of wine, visiting vineyards to discover hidden gems that we can serve at the restaurant.
We believe beer tastes best when brewed on a small scale, and the same goes for non-alcoholic ciders and sparkling drinks, sourced from producers cultivating along the shores of Lake Vättern.

A dining experience beyond the ordinary, where you can enjoy all the incredible flavors our kitchen creates using seasonal ingredients from land, forest, and sea.
The menu consists of seven carefully crafted courses, which we proudly present and guide you through. A carefully selected beverage pairing has been composed to complement the menu.
